Louvana is a traditional Cypriot soup.

Louvana is also the name of an established indie record label based in Cyprus.

It was in March 2007, when Cypriot musician Lefteris Moumtzis started hosting a series of live music showcases in London.  A monthly event focused on quality live music.

The Louvana concept was first introduced in Cyprus with the “Louvana Festival of Acoustic Music” in September 2009.

Louvana Records is now actively working with local independent artists, distributing music by international affiliated artists, hosting live music events and organising two major festivals on an annual basis. Check out the festival and gigs pages and archive to read about our events. As far as discograhy goes, Louvana released it's first production in 2011. It was the album 'Here's your ears' by the band Isaac's Cello. Then followed, in the same year, 'O Siderokoftis' by Stelafi. Towards the end of 2012 'The Age of Now', the third album by J.Kriste, Master of Disguise was released.
